Fitness Trainer / Exercise Coach

A fitness trainer / C.H.E.K. holistic lifestyle coach is needed for a private corrective health clinic in Bahrain (Al Seef) to conduct postural and fitness assessments, design programs that are tailored to the clients’ needs, and provide one to one training sessions to clients. 

Start 12 August 2016.

Requirements

-          3 years’ experience  

-          C.H.E.K. holistic approach and knowledge of C.H.E.K. philosophy

-          Qualifications of C.H.E.K. Exercise Coach and Holistic Lifestyle will be an advantage 

-          Rehabilitation skills  

-          Mature candidates with the right attitude

-          Fitness trainer and / or holistic coach

Duties and responsibilities

Major Duties:

• Assess client physiological load

• Write exercise programs to address low, moderate, or high overall load

• Assess functional defects and imbalances in the core and back musculature

• Design personalized exercise program that balance the atonic nervous system

• Understand how optimizing posture not only improves function but also in-crease overall wellness

• Implement plethora of exercises that enhance function 

• Maintain efficient and affective company operations

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

• Up to date IT or computer skills

• Must be ready and able to live the mission, vision, and values of the clinic

Minor Duties:

• Educate clients and guests on the policies and procedures 

• Provide resources and contact information for clients for future inquires 

• Discuss health and fitness goal settings 

• Keep detailed and accurate records of client information

• Provide regular weekly appointments and follow up

• Attend all internal training sessions and meetings

• Report to the owners any suggestions or concerns

• Always promote the clinic in a positive manner

Salary 

Salary 1000 BHD per month or 2600 dollars + 10% commission (later the salary may be reduced and the commission may increase up to 50% depending on the skill level).
